As Energy Star has become more prevalent in the market place, the end user is requiring higher energy efficiency ratings on their windows. Window companies that have been certified to supply Energy Star windows now require their sealed units to be certified by a quality control agent called the Insulating Glass Manufacturers Alliance (IGMA).

In the on-going pursuit of excellence, Insul-lite has invited IGMA into it's facility to confirm the high quality of both it's processes and products. This certification process includes rigorous testing of Insul-lite's sealed units and an in-depth inspection of it's plant.  These tests are repeated every two years to ensure that the units produced are constantly meeting, or surpassing the industry standards.
